Wizard Ventures is a Berlin-based venture studio that’s obsessed with launching new products and services. Whether by building from scratch or acquiring promising digital businesses, our mission is simple: create great products people love to use.

We’re looking for a Marketing Working Student to support the growth of one of our portfolio products. You’ll work closely with our founders to plan and execute marketing initiatives . from launching new campaigns to testing creative ideas and scaling what works.

📇 What you will be doing

‍

  • Content: Create and repurpose content for different plaforms to drive user growth
  • Research: Analyze target audiences, trends, and competitors to shape positioning and messaging.
  • AI & Automation: Use modern AI tools to speed up content creation and automate workflows.
  • Newsletter: Assist in writing, curating, and sending out newsletters, tracking open rates, and experimenting with formats that drive engagement.

✌🏻 What you need to succeed

‍

  • ‍‍You’re currently enrolled in university (Marketing, Business, or similar).
  • You have a strong interest in startups, digital products, and modern marketing.
  • You’re creative, organized, and not afraid to experiment.
  • You know your way around tools like Notion, Canva, or Figma (bonus: Webflow, Ads Manager, or analytics tools).
  • You’re fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • You’re proactive, curious, and motivated to learn by doing.
